An instructional booklet on properly using the equipment in the lab. With text and visuals to help aid the interns.
The Challenge:
With new interns coming in, managers constantly have to repeat themselves, which could make the interns too nervous to ask for help with using the equipment. Interns needed something to help them remember and understand how to use the equipment.
